1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account or use any Service offered by kayu77. It is a strict condition of membership that no individual under the age of 21 may register, deposit funds, or place any wager on the Platform. kayu77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Residency. The Services provided by kayu77 are intended primarily for players resident in Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity, as conducted through an offshore platform, does not constitute a criminal offence for the individual player. 2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of individuals are explicitly excluded from using the Platform and are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account:

• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from kayu77 or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of kayu77 or its affiliated service providers.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one account on kayu77. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual — whether identified by shared device, IP address, email, phone number, name, or bank account — constitute a violation of these Terms. Any accounts beyond the first may be closed without prior notice, and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes. kayu77 bears no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.

3.3 Login Credentials. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform using your Account. Any activity conducted under your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure by kayu77. kayu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where we suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement. kayu77 is required under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. Verification is also triggered by any account activity flagged by our risk-management systems.

4.2 Required Documentation. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian national identity card (KTP/e-KTP), valid passport, or KITAS (temporary stay permit for foreign nationals).
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued letter dated within the preceding 90 days bearing your full legal name and residential address.

4.3 Processing Time. kayu77 endeavors to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. We are not liable for delays in withdrawals arising from incomplete or illegible document submissions.

4.4 Right to Request Additional Information. kayu77 may request additional information at any time as part of ongoing due diligence. Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in temporary Account restriction until compliance is achieved.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kayu77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) upon detection. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). kayu77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your kayu77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours following approval; VIP-tier members benefit from expedited processing as defined in the VIP Program terms. kayu77 reserves the right to impose a one-time additional KYC check on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on kayu77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a game or bonus is denominated in a different currency by the software provider, the Platform will apply a conversion at the prevailing internal exchange rate at the time of the transaction. kayu77 is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.

5.5 Funds Security

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from kayu77's operational funds. In the event of insolvency or operational cessation, segregated player funds are protected from creditor claims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable international gaming regulations. kayu77 maintains this segregation as a fundamental commitment to player protection.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by kayu77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the matter in dispute.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as a "no-wagering" offer, all Bonus Credits must be wagered a stated number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in your Account dashboard in real time.

6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute between 5% and 20%; and certain game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms page.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from issuance) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without prior notification. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Abuse and Fraud. kayu77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including — without limitation — the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting to reduce risk (hedge betting), systematic exploitation of bonus terms not in the spirit of normal gameplay, or any activity that kayu77 determines constitutes bonus fraud. Confirmed abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, Account suspension, and where applicable, reporting to relevant financial crime authorities.

6.6 Employee and Affiliate Exclusion. Employees and affiliates of kayu77 are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional program. Any bonus credited to an ineligible account will be voided upon detection.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. Players must participate in all games in good faith. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features for financial gain constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided, and the Account will be subject to suspension pending investigation.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets — including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Help section. kayu77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, force majeure events, or data-feed errors confirmed by the data provider.

7.3 Lottery Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery products available on kayu77 operate under draw schedules and prize structures published on the relevant game page. Results are final and binding once announced by the system. Discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the draw.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. kayu77 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by the Player's internet service provider, device malfunction, or local network issues. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will apply the rules of the relevant game provider to determine the outcome of in-flight bets. Where possible, interrupted rounds will be completed automatically by the game server.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. kayu77 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps on individual games, events, or player accounts where risk management requires. These limits are published in the applicable game rules or communicated directly to the affected player. Wins in excess of applicable caps may be reduced to the stated limit at kayu77's discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content published on the kayu77 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, text, images, game interfaces, audio, video, software code, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of kayu77 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other named game studios).

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Financial Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kayu77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kayu77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In all circumstances where kayu77's liability is not wholly excluded, our total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Game Providers. kayu77 is not the developer of the games hosted on the Platform. Game outcomes are determined by certified third-party RNG systems. kayu77 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors within third-party game software, provided we take reasonable steps to have such errors investigated and rectified promptly upon notification.

10.5 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of kayu77 complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. kayu77 expressly disclaims all liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's decision to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

12. Amendments

12.1 Right to Amend. kayu77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. 12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with the Deposits and Withdrawals provisions above.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Jurisdiction. kayu77 is operated by an entity incorporated and licensed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is registered offshore. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that offshore licensing jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and kayu77, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved informally at this stage. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

13.3 Indonesian Legal Context. You acknowledge and understand that online gaming through offshore platforms occupies a legally ambiguous position in Indonesia under the Public Gambling Act of 1867 and subsequent Indonesian legislation. Indonesian law enforcement historically targets operators rather than individual players; however, kayu77 makes no representation regarding the legality of individual participation under Indonesian law.
